New flights outta Minessota to the Cayman Islands? You betcha!

This winter, as the cold winds of Minneapolis-St. Paul set in, both Delta Air Lines and Sun Country Airlines are offering the perfect escape: expanded direct flights to the sun-drenched beaches of Grand Cayman.

Starting December 20, Delta will whisk you away from the frosty Minneapolis–Saint Paul Int’l Airport (MSP) directly to Owen Roberts Int’l Airport (GCM) in just over four hours.

With non-stop flights available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Tuesdays, you’ll have ample opportunities to trade snow boots for flip-flops and sunscreen.

Sun Country Airlines is also expanding its winter service, resuming direct, seasonal flights every Saturday starting December 21.

Plus, for those looking to maximize their beach time, a new Sunday flight will be available from February 9 to March 31, 2025.
