Casa Caribe is a stunning beachfront condo complex consisting of 16 privately-owned rental units. Ideally situated in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Casa Caribe is within close proximity of shopping, restaurants and water sports alike. Enjoy a short 15-minute drive from the Owen Roberts International Airport to start your vacation off in paradise.

Each condo offers magnificent ocean views from their screened patios – the perfect spot for afternoon drinks as the sun sets over the Caribbean. All condos are uniquely furnished to the highest standards with fully equipped kitchens, modern bedrooms, laundry facilities, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi services (available throughout the complex).

Enjoy a centrally located swimming pool amongst the tropical landscaping with a relaxing hot tub where you can unwind after a strenuous workout in the on-site gym or a fun game of tennis on the courts on the property.

7 nights minimum stay during winter season Dec 15 – Apr 15

Additional Terms

Parties with more than 6 guests please call as some units can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional charge of $75 per person/per day. Children age 2 and under no charge.
No pets are permitted on the property
Small ceremonies on the beach front are allowed for a maximum of 75 people however, we are not able to offer the property for receptions.
The front office can provide cribs and high chairs on request.

Deposit

For rentals of 1 – 3 nights, full payment is due at booking. For rentals longer than 3 nights, 50% of the full payment is due at the time of booking.

Dec 15 – Jan 3: balance due 120 days before check in.
Nov 1 – Apr 30: balance due 60 days before check in.
May 1 – October 31: balance due 30 days before check in.

Your reservation includes a 13% Government Tax and a 6% Service charge in lieu of tipping.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations, cancellations or changes are accepted if received prior to the cancellation periods detailed below. If the rental is cancelled outside of the applicable cancellation periods, the renter will forfeit the full amount. If the rental is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period, the renter will be charged 4% of the amount collected.

Reservations made with advance deposits that need to be moved from original dates booked must be used within a year after change or funds paid will be forfeited.

December 15 – January 3: minimum 120 days’ notice
January 4 – April 30: minimum 60 days’ notice
May 1 – October 31: minimum 30 days’ notice
November 1 – December 14: minimum 60 days’ notice
