PENTHOUSE CORNER UNIT

All Beachcomber condos are maintained to perfection with quality furnishings, gourmet appliances, and all the comforts of home.

This seventh-floor premier unit features vaulted ceilings and a recently completed full renovation. Expansive living areas, 3 bedroom suites, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances plus cookware, glassware, flatware, and cutlery are all provided. The owner has spared no expense in the home's furnishings, appliances, and finishes.

Central air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay. High-definition televisions in the living area and bedrooms are equipped with cable programming.

The views from #41 are stunning, both up the beach towards the Ritz-Carlton, and down the beach towards the port. Custom decking and cladding on the balcony evoke a sense of luxury throughout.

  • Primary Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to the balcony, SmartTV, blackout window coverings, ensuite with double vanity and shower.
  • Guest Suite #1 - king bed, SmartTV, blackout window coverings, ensuite with shower.
  • Guest Suite #2 - two full beds, SmartTV, blackout window coverings, ensuite with shower bath.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers all come provided.

Every unit also includes a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry sink, plus iron and board.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.

The Beachcomber is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops. For nights in, you will find many takeout or delivery options to choose from, as well as a list of restaurants in your digital guidebook provided after booking.

A rental car is not a necessity as you can get around easily via taxis. However, you might want to consider one since there is no Uber or Lyft on-island, and taxi fares can get expensive. Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.

Proximity to water sports, nightlife, and one of the best beaches in the Caribbean make The Beachcomber the perfect destination for island travelers.

Beach Notes

Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. With its barefoot soft sand and aqua blue waters gently rolling along the shore, it's easy to understand why. 

You'll find plenty of opportunities to snorkel and paddleboard, as well as build sandcastles and take long walks along the shore. Situated on the island's western peninsula, sunsets along Seven Mile Beach are phenomenal.

The most beautiful view ever! And would absolutely stay again! Our only complaint is that the stove toaster oven and shower are very complex and require some research to use (only unit 41). We actually never figured out stove top. The front office maintenance and maid service were all over the top!

We just returned from an amazing 12-night stay at The Beachcomber unit 41 last week. The 7th floor 3BR/3BA condo was immaculately decorated and had an amazing view of the beach from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and connected outside patio. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were sparkling. Technology abounds with the remote controls that can access cable TV/AppleTV on the 85” TV in the living room and the big screens in each of the bedrooms as well as the dimmable lights/chandeliers.The property management team is top notch, including Shenita, Fabiola, Lauren, and Emily. When the AV system needed resetting, Emily came up and was able to get it fixed in short order.There are plenty of restaurants across the street including the excellent Lloyd’s Smokehouse, The Falls steakhouse, and The Hive. Luca is a 3 minute walk down the street for an amazing Sunday brunch. We opted to order groceries for delivery and use the fully equipped kitchen to cook breakfasts and grill the occasional dinner on the propane grills by the pool a few nights. The management team assisted with getting the delivery folks access to the condo when we were down at the beach and we came back to a fully stocked refrigerator and freezer.Housekeeping came by every day except Sunday to replenish bath/pool towels, empty trash, and clean counters/tables/bathrooms.I can’t say enough good things about the Beachcomber and we look forward to returning soon!

Booking Rules

  • Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates BEFORE booking.
  • 3-night minimum: Mid-April to Late May, Late August to Thanksgiving.
  • 5-night minimum: Late May to Mid-August, Early January to Early March.
  • 6-night minimum: Thanksgiving week.
  • 7-night minimum: Festive Holiday Season & Spring Break (Early March to Mid-April).
  • Inquire about last-minute stays.

Resort Policies

  • Check-in is 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
  • No arrivals on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. 
  • All units are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking inside and on the patios or balconies. 
  • Any indication of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 
  • No pets are permitted on the property. 
  • No parties, weddings, or events are allowed without prior written consent from the front office. 
  • We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool, or on their patios or balconies, by keeping the noise to a minimum. 

Deposit Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due as follows:
    • Summer Stays (Apr. 16 - Dec. 16): 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Thanksgiving & Winter Stays (Jan. - Apr. 15): 90 days prior to arrival. 
    • Winter Holiday Stays (Dec. 17 - Jan. 2): 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
  • Free cancellation with no fees if done within 48 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations outside of 48 hours but within the timeframe below are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee:
    • Summer Stays: Cancel 60 days or more before arrival.
    • Thanksgiving & Winter Stays: Cancel 90 days or more before arrival. 
    • Winter Holiday Stays: Cancel 120 days or more before arrival. 
  • If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
  • No refunds for shortened stays within the cancelation period.
