The Great Room is the heart of the villa, with a 14-person dining table, a gourmet double-island kitchen, and expansive windows that frame the azure waters.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. 

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund.

Our stay at Bella Rocca was beyond FANTASTIC. It was perfect for our family. The pool was used often and the beach in front of the villa was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be too rocky to use to “lay out,” but it was not. Of course, snorkeling was the big hit……. right in front of the villa…… lobsters were seen as well sting rays and other sea life. The vendors my travel agent engaged to prepare meals were beyond terrific. Not only was the food delicious, but the “cooks” were very personable and accommodating. All in all, we had the trip of a lifetime! Thank you.

My husband and I stayed in Bella Rocca for a few nights with 3 other couples and we had a blast! Each couple had their own equally stunning room overlooking the magnificent Caribbean Sea - what a way to wake up! The communal area were spacious and stylish, perfectly conducive to fun and relaxing! I highly recommended this villa for a fun break with friends or relaxing holiday with family.

What an amazing property. My wife and I visited here with 3 other couples in November ‘23 and we absolutely loved the Villa. The untrammeled view of the Caribbean Ocean from our bedroom as we woke up was a highlight as well as lolling around in the beautiful pool with our friends while sipping on Margaritas. Blissful! The hosts were on top of our needs without ‘man-marking’ us and we found the property to exude peace and quiet in private surrounds which is what we were looking for. This is what paradise is all about. We will be back and look forward to the return.

Couldnt ask for a more wonderful vacation!

We had our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 children 7 and under). The concierge, Shamar Byrd went above and beyond. Lots of questions and requests on our end. We never rented a villa before. Lots to think about. Shamar made it so easy and relaxing . He couldn\'t do enough for us ! Louise Craig was right on top of everything also! The Villa, well...never seen a home like it. We were the first to use it and if you look on line, Bella Rocca is more than incredible than in the pictures. We are thinking about staying there with the family sometime in the near future. Again, if it wasn\'t for Shamar guiding us I don\'t think I could have handled all the things needed for a rental. He suggested and arranged some fun activities for all the family to enjoy. Recommended wonderful chef, restaurants, I can go on and on. I would encourage anyone to make their next vacation there. Enough room for adults to share. 8 Bedrooms!

The location is spectacular with endless views of the Caribbean Sea. The villa itself is brilliantly laid out with 4 identical master bedrooms that maintain their individual privacy, plus plenty of space for more guests/ staff on the ground floor. Theliving area is stunning and looks out onto the pool with an indoor and outdoor kitchen perfect for entertaining. On the Saturday night we hired one of the local chefs to cater and had a delightful 5 course meal with perfectly paired wines. Would definitely go back again

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the epitome of luxury at an exquisite 8-bedroom villa in the Grand Cayman. I can confidently say it was a vacation that exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the sheer grandeur of the property took our breath away. Located along the pristine shores of the East End of the island, the villa exudes opulence. The exterior displays modern architecture, making it a stunning sight against the backdrop of the Carribean sea. The bedrooms were nothing short of spectacular. Each room was comfortable, featuring luxurious linens, and spacious layouts that provided panoramic views of the ocean. The attention to detail in the design and decor truly made each room feel like a haven of tranquility. The villa's fully equipped kitchen allowed us to indulge in culinary delights, whether we chose to cook ourselves or brought in a private chef. The dining area, both indoors and outdoors, provided the ideal setting for enjoying delicious meals with our group while enjoying the breathtaking sunset. The location of the villa was also perfect. Close enough to explore the local culture and attractions yet secluded enough to provide a sense of exclusivity and privacy. In conclusion, this is a place you need to try out... One of the best villas I have ever stayed in!

What a house!!! We stayed for 3 nights, and it was incredible. The house deserves 10 Stars, not 5. Everything was thought of, and no corners were cut in the design and decoration of this house, it was top notch. I wish I could have stayed 2 more days to enjoy more of the pool and beach which were amazing. Definitely coming back!!!

Upon our arrival to Bella Rocca, our group of 5 couples was greeted and given a tour of this spectacular villa. The modern yet cozy decor is jaw dropping, with such attention to detail, from the design of each room to the rich materials utilized throughout the villa. As we descended into the property through a foyer onto the second floor, we entered 4 master bedrooms with a living area and an en suite Bathroom all facing the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. There were 2 lucky couples that got the suite with outdoor showers.The ground floor boasts an incredible kids bedroom/bathroom, an additional full bedroom and en suite bathroom, and a kids entertainment room. But the star of the home is the kitchen/living room area; fully stocked and ready for entertainment, which we indeed put to use. The outdoors is even more charming, with a full BBQ kitchen, a beautiful pool and jacuzzi facing the ocean, a fire pit seating area, and of course, the clearest ocean you’ve ever seen. There are also quite a few activities to do near the villa including bioluminescent night kayak tour, which was a blast(prepare to get wet), and feeding/swimming with manta-rays, which was also an incredible experience. Our group also enjoyed staying on the property as we had everything we needed and enjoyed the beach/pool while barbecuing and enjoying the stunning views and the island sun. Additionally, the property managers were quick to answer our questions and address any needs we had without having to repeatedly ask. We had an absolute amazing experience and enjoyed this home so much, that we are already booking our next vacation to Bella Rocca in a few months.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bella Rocca Villa, and it truly felt like a scene from a James Bond movie. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views of the crystal-clear waters and the beautiful villa itself. The villa\'s design and architecture exude sophistication and luxury, with sleek and modern furnishings that complement the natural beauty of the surroundings. The spacious living areas, filled with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowed for breathtaking panoramic ocean views from every angle. The amenities were second to none. The private pool with a glass wall overlooking the ocean made me feel like I was on top of the world, and the outdoor jacuzzi was the perfect spot to unwind as I watched the stars. We went to cayman with all my family, 15 in total including adults and children. At arrival we were impressed by the elegance of the house, Amazing views from all the main bedrooms, ultra modern but very cozy at the same time. Social area of living room and pool are perfect to spend quality time with family and friends, great exterior BBQ next to the pool and in general all amenities are very good and brand new. Private access to the beach is very convininent ad well. Everybody agreed that it was the perfect decision for us as a big group. Basically you pay more or less the same that you would spend at a high End hotel in cayman but with the privacy of a house.

We rented this villa for just 5 couples for 5 days of downtime in April. It was brand new, so expectations were high! We rented two vans from Budget. One stopped for food, the other for beverages. We both met our property manager (Louise- Scottish) at the coolest front door/foyer we ever saw. It is a see-thru concrete and glass cube that sits just above the road level with stairs, an elevator, and a roof-top pano view of the ocean. We put groceries in the elevator and the rest walked down one floor to the master suites... then down to the great room area on the pool level. Total architect/designer house...some exposed concrete walls, lots of lighted artwork, contemporary furniture (but comfortable!)... indoor and outdoor dining tables. Plenty of ice in the house. Just \"wow\" was all anyone said for 5 days... we sat in the spa or firepit EVERY NIGHT after dinner and watched shooting stars at night. We all had personal space and privacy; tall ceilings, and WiFi was great, and waking up every morning to the views we had was very relaxing. No schedule, and no rush. Louise\'s people set up a chef one night, yoga one morning, and an afternoon of massages. Silver Thatch folks arranged Tukka Restaurant in East End to pick us up for 2 dinners, reserved space on the end of their new dock, and then drive us back home. We grilled one night using the outdoor kitchen. We hired the Silver Thatch private stingray & snorkel charter and ate lunch at the Kaibo as well. Don\'t miss the stingrays! Louise had (free) snorkel gear delivered for those who wanted to snorkel the reef directly behind the villa. They saw plenty of fish and an eagle ray. Not a barefoot beach... but then the fish need coral heads and grasses to live. The blue water colors were amazing. You would never think a villa like this was available for rent in Grand Cayman! Totally hidden from view!

Booking Rules

  • 3 nights minimum.
  • 5 nights minimum are required over Christmas and New Year's week.
  • Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's stays must book at the full 8BR configuration rate.
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
  • Weddings and events with up to 50 guests are welcome with prior written approval, a reasonable event fee, and a 5-night minimum stay.

All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of cleaning & paper products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget, Marshalls, or Hertz.
