Welcome to Pools of the Kai! Pools #6 is one of the nicest 2-bedroom, 2-bath homes in this beachfront oasis.
The condo has been fully renovated and redecorated down to the tile around the enclosed pool and both ensuite bathrooms. New furniture, finishes, granite countertops, and modern kitchen appliances give Pools #6 a sophisticated feel.
The living area features sliding glass doors that open to a screened pool atrium complete with patio furniture and loungers. Soak in your own private pool and enjoy the stunning water views from the comfort of your home away from home. Optional pool heat is available year-round for a $25 daily surcharge.
For work-from-home professionals, the home's upgraded fiber internet connection can handle multiple users and streaming devices at once. Work or learn remotely from one of the Caribbean's safest destinations.

The white sand beach behind the Pools of the Kai units is pure, barefoot beach sand. You can easily walk 120 yards to the Kaibo Yacht Club for drinks, meals, and watersports, as well as charter boat pick-up.
Facing the sound, the ocean water behind the Pools of the Kai is clear and calm. There are no reefs here teeming with marine life, nor is the sea bottom sandy.
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically open to the public. For barefoot swimming, we suggest walking across the street to Gardens of the Kai, or heading west to Starfish Point. Details under the Map tab.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer.
Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Hope to Come Back!
My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom six years ago and it was fantastic. We loved it so much we wanted to bring our adult children along and rent the two bedroom. It was fantastic also. We love the private pool and the serenity of the area. It's so nice to be able to walk to Kaibo Beach for dinner and drinks. The staff at Grand Cayman Villas and Condos were very friendly and welcoming and made check in a breeze. They offer complimentary items such as kayaks, snorkeling gear, and many more. We did not have any issues during our stay there. We will miss Pools Of The Kai and hope to come back someday!
Another Great Vacation in Grand Cayman
We enjoyed our stay in Grand Cayman. The villa was exactly as described and pictured. We really enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach area behind the villa. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall, we had another great vacation in Grand Cayman.
Amazing Villa and surroundings
I cannot say enough great things about Pools of the Kai #6! The views were amazing and the location is perfect. It is isolated enough where you get your privacy, but also have restaurants and things to do close by. There were so many starfish right in the water behind the villa. We kayaker around the area and that was enjoyable as well. There were 4 of us in the villa and we always felt there was plenty of space. The pool is a huge bonus!! We used it every day in the afternoon or evening. We used the loungers and patio furniture often and really appreciated the screened in porch. The villa was clean and appointed really well. We had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, etc. We loved our week and Pools of the Kai #6 and look forward to going back again!
Stunning!
This place is stunning, and well stocked! Walk to Kaibo at night for great food on the beach. Beds comfortable and nice linens and towels. The screened pool patio is perfect. Would skip renting kayaks/SUPs, not a lot to see in the bay that you can’t just walk into the water to see, and a steady wind makes it easier to just be a swimmer! Definitely would return!!
Could Not Have Been Happier
We could not have been happier with our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Keurig with various K-cups was great. We had more than enough bath towels and beach towels, various toiletries, plenty of hangers in the closets, iron/ironing board in both bathrooms. Having a private pool was wonderful! The beach area is clean and beautiful. We actually saw more starfish there than the first time we went to Starfish Point. It is so quiet and peaceful, sitting in a lounge chair under a palm tree. We had a problem with the microwave and with one email to the property manager, we had a replacement immediately. They are very responsive and helpful! The food at Kaibo and Rum Point was great! Starfish Point is within walking distance and is so clean and pretty. We could not have been happier with our stay and would definitely stay here again when we come back.

This was not only the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, but the private pool was AMAZING! So relaxing and so peaceful! You can watch the sunrise from your bed! Only one restaurant (Kaibo) in walking distance but the food is DELICIOUS! If you are looking for seclusion and relaxation, this is definitely the place for you! Rum point is a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk and has beautiful turquoise water. But again I cannot express enough how much the private pool was INCREDIBLE to come home to after being out in the sun and salt water all day! We will 100000% return to this villa! Truly cannot wait!
Perfect for getting away!
Absolutely perfect for 2 couples wanting to get away. The pool was amazing and love seeing the water from the pool. It was so quiet. Definitely would stay here again. I wish there wasn’t seaweed in the water. That would have made this place PERFECT!!

Absolutely Amazing!
Our stay at Pools of the Kai for our summer family vacation was absolutely amazing. The villa was just as imagined, private and peaceful. The neighborhood is very walkable and beautiful. We saw close to 100 starfish just steps from the villa. Kaibo was a short walk and you could enjoy the live music at the villa. We explored the whole island and felt Rum Point to be a great choice in location for our stay. We would stay here again if we came back to the island.
Loved Pools #6
we loved the place, and the property manager was great. Our AC unit on the 2nd floor stopped working around 9/10 pm, and they had someone at the airbnb by 11 pm. The beach behind the house was great to look at but we preferred going to run point or starfish point. And if you have any plans to go to GeorgeTown, keep in mind that it\'s an hour away.
Loved our Stay
The Pools was beautiful! We loved our stay there and wished we could have stayed longer. Nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need and the private pool was a huge bonus. The beach out front was great to sit and look at the ocean and even swim out and see starfish. Starfish beach a 5 minute walk, but you didn't even need to do that, tons of starfish right in front of the home! Also, a short walk to Kaibo restaurant with a beach front view and the food was yummy. We would definitely go back!

The pools at the Kai was a wonderful place. Lots of room with the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was roomy. The indoor pool was awesome to wind down in after swimming in the salt water all day. And the screened in porch was free from the bugs at night. The Weber grill was awesome to barbecue and save a few bucks from going out every night. The view was so peaceful to watch sunrise and sunsets with a cold beer. The water right outside the place is not really suitable for swimming, but there are tons of starfish out there. And starfish point is a 10 minute walk and has a great beach and swimming area with a phenomenal Food Boat that serves beer and wings. All and All this property is phenomenal and I would strongly recommend staying here.
Well-Appointed
We had a wonderful stay at this very well-appointed, beach/bay front property, and especially enjoyed the awesome pool (even a bit bigger than it looks in photos) and the proximity to the water. A few of the days, a dozen starfish came to visit in the shallow water just steps from our back door! We enjoyed the peaceful and more quiet area, but also the proximity to Kaibo and Rum Point. There were a few small maintenance issues that we observed upon arrival, and the property manager offered to send someone to fix them during our stay, but we preferred not to be disturbed during our vacation. No big deal. They kindly offered a late check out, but we needed to leave by 10am for the airport anyway. We really enjoyed our time here, and hope to come back again in the future!
Villa on the water
Pool, sun, views and lots of starfish. Right on the water; private because no on rented on either side of us. Coffee shop is easily walkable. Kaibo lunch is good but $$$. Grocery store is far, so come prepared. Quick drive to Rum Point to ride out to Stingray Sandbar. Kitchen is very well-stocked. Enjoyed our week here.
Sunrise Views
Pools of the Kai #6 is a beautiful two bedroom beachfront condo on the north side of the island. We really loved everything about the condo and the neighborhood. It is a two minute walk to the Kaibo beach restaurant and bar which was great when we didn’t feel like cooking. The views from both bedrooms is stunning. Watch the sunrise over the water from either bedroom! We will definitely be returning to this gem in the future.
Off the Beaten Path
We enjoyed being away from the large crowds, so many starfish just steps from your beach chair, Kaibo restaurant & bar has amazing staff, just a swim or walk down the beach. Beautiful sunsets and you can view sunrises view from your bed, poolside or beach chair. The Villa was clean check in was easy, Silver Thatch snorkel gear was a little less than perfect, but the house had some extras, just for convenience. Property Manager, Sarah, was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I’m sure you will too!
Serene
Do not skip out on this place!! It was an easy drive from the busy areas but offered a serene getaway from the hustle and bustle. The house offered everything we needed, Chilsom\'s market was close by, the private pool was amazing, and we saw more starfish right outside the back door than we did at starfish point. 10/10 recommend. We can not wait to come back!
Nice Location, No Sargassum Seaweed!
Great spot near kaibo restaurant. Stayed for a wedding taking place there and this was a very convenient location. Also very close to star fish beach and bioluminescent bay. Very clean. Great spot for a family with kids. Lots of toys and games provided.
Relaxing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pools of the Kai #6 -- a beautiful villa with all of the amenities you could want, including snorkel gear. It\'s away from the crowded beaches of Seven Mile Beach, yet there are some nice beaches in the surrounding area. I hope a few more restaurants would pop up in the vicinity. We hope to go back soon!

Stress free booking and stay. Wonderful, clean and well stocked beach front condo with a private pool... seriously, who could ask for more. The beach was clean, private and peaceful. The location was secluded, but an easy drive to anywhere on the island. Sarah was a life saver! In our haste, we accidentally took the condo key with us to the airport! Lucky for us Sarah met us at the airport and picked up the key! Top notch service... and very forgiving! We had a wonderful vacation and would 100% stay here again!

We had an awesome time at this condo!! Beautiful view and wonderful time! We enjoyed snorkeling out front and seeing all the beautiful starfish! Short walk to Kaibo and the awesome dining at the Upstairs restaurant and casual beach grill and bar!

Great Location
The place was very nice of you wanted off the beaten path, which we wanted. Loved having our own pool since the weather was rainy most of our trip. We did also see lots of star fish and a sting ray! It was nice having Kiabo in a short walking distance -did the Friday night dinner and it was excellent! Overall we really enjoyed the place would would stay in it again.

What an awesome experience! If you want a peaceful paradise, stay here!!!! Great space for a couples vacation! The common areas were fantastic! The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay on Grand Cayman Island! All we explored and experienced was fantastic! Clean, private and amazing views! Starfish point is within walking distance- but who needs the point!! Starfish are swarming the beach area in front of this place! Kayaking and snorkeling are perfect off the beach here as well! A great escape!
Pools of the Kai #6 was a great little escape for our family. The unit was clean and cozy. The lanai and pool were super peaceful. And the views were spectacular. It was nice being steps away from Kaibo and Starfish Point. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Top of My List For Another Vacation Stay!
What a wonderful location with amenities. The location had a fully stocked kitchen, so all we really needed to bring was the food. If I ever had to quarantine, I would definitely choose this location, between the serene balcony to read a book, or a nice dip in the screened in pool to relax. The bathrooms were very spacious and there was also a good selection of board games to pass the time. Pools of the Kai would be at the top of my list to have another vacation stay.
Stunning luxury vacation/quarantine spot!!
This location is amazing in every way for a staycation, quarantine, or for a first visit to Cayman Kai!! Being a Cayman resident who has staycationed around the island at the resorts and some other beach houses, we can easily say this is the BEST spot we have ever stayed. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a beautifully prepared condo. For our 10-day quarantine, it was a perfect spot as we had a spacious outdoor area to lounge in and watch boats go by as well as a private pool! Quarantining somewhere with such a nice, screened in outdoor space is essential when you are cooped up inside for so long. Everything was extremely clean, accessible, and straightforward with clear labels around the house and a house notes booklet. You can see boaters, jet skis, sail boats, and paddle boarders go by in your back yard from a stone\'s throw away, making it the most peaceful, stunning, tropical spot!!
While we did not stay with children, there are plush toys, board games, and toy cars for any kids who might stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed having the board games to keep us occupied. We had no issues with operating any of the TVs, the internet was fantastic, and we streamed a LOT of movies on the big screen TV without issue. We were both working remotely and had seamless video calls and our remote applications for work operated smoothly with the fiber internet. The full kitchen is well equipped with appliances, cookware, and a coffee station.
Our reason for quarantining was so that I could see my loved one after being apart for over a year due to the pandemic and we will never forget popping a bottle of champagne on our first day and having one of the most magical vacations of our lives in this spectacular location. It is clear that they have put a lot of thought and care into their guests\' stay and we could not recommend it enough!!!!
Pools, starfish and pre-Easter relaxation
The property exceeded our expectations - it was immaculate and upon entering there was even a bottle of bubbles on ice to welcome us!!!! This was our first staycation as a family of 3 and the UK grandparents joined us. The furnishings were new, neutral and very tasteful letting the blue water views be the \'star of the show\'. We enjoyed cooking/ barbequing with the incredibly well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very generous in size. Daily walks to Starfish Point & weekend Kaibo coffees were also a highlight. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing island-vibe vacation!!!
Just Magical!!!
What a weekend! We chose # 6 The Pools for our honeymoon and could not have been happier!! It\'s just a perfectly gorgeous home with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Waking up to those stunning views was completely dreamy!!! We loved all the peaceful decor in the house (not currently shown in the website photos). Having this beautiful place was perfect for preparing on the wedding day and we have so many special memories there now. We didn’t want to leave this morning and will be sure to be back!

Home from home
All the conveniences of home with lots of extra effort made than I have seen in other rentals. We appreciated the pool toys, kayak, modern kitchen appliances, tea coffee condiments, and of course the welcome bubbles! Shame Kaibo restaurant was only open limited hours over the weekend and not at all during the week. Maybe their limited opening times can be included in your welcome emails? Otherwise we had such an amazing time at this beautiful beach house.

In Quarantine
Thank you for letting us use your home for quarantine. It has been an absolutely ideal location with its own pool and private lanai. We haven’t been able to enjoy any of the outdoor aspects :), but we would definitely be back if we have to do this again in future.

Well-Equipped and Very Clean
We really enjoyed our stay at Pools of the Kai #6. The condo is very well set up with good views from every room. The atrium and private pool were perfect. The condo is also well-equipped and very clean.

Perfect Getaway!
The rental was a perfect getaway, it was nice and quite and only a short walk from the yacht club where you could get some drinks or decent food, rum point was only a short drive away for a little more action and the restaurant there was amazing and I recommend the bioluminescence kayak tour at rum point but by far Pedro St. James castle was my favorite stop to do a rum tasting it was so much fun. All and all pools of Kai is my absolute favorite vacation to date.
Fantastic Stay
We stayed in this condo for 9 nights and enjoyed it very much! First visit to the Grand Cayman and this condo caught my eye. I was not really familiar with the island when I booked it. It is on a much quieter side of the island which was perfect for my husband and I. We rented a car and drove to the Condo which was not difficult. We drove one day to the 18 hole golf course across from seven mile beach and that was interesting and challenging until we got used to all the roundabouts but we had a great time at the golf course. We drove around the east end of the island which was relaxed and pleasant and we really enjoyed eating at Tukka overlooking the beach on the East side. This condo is a very short walk on the beach to an outdoor and upscale indoor restaurant and to the ferry. We really enjoyed eating at both restaurants and enjoyed free outdoor live music two nights at the outdoor restaurant. We took the ferry 3 times to the seven mile beach area to shop and explore. The people who ran the ferry were very nice and it was fun. When we walked on the seven mile beach it made me appreciate coming back to this condo because I don\'t really enjoy sitting among a crowd of chairs. We really enjoyed relaxing on the 2 lounge chairs on the beach behind this condo looking out at the water and watching the boats go by. Most of the time we were the only ones on the beach. The condo itself is just as listed. We had good WiFi and good cable TV. The kitchen was great. We did order groceries to be delivered before we got there which was a good idea because the grocery store is not close. I have been to Aruba 3 times and really liked it but I now like this island better especially since it doesn\'t have a constant wind like Aruba. The food on the island is very good and the water is safe. I would come back and I would stay in the same condo. It was pretty, felt very safe, and was a great place to relax but still be able to get to all the other areas of the island by car or ferry.
Perfect!
Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect for us. We wanted to be out of the busy seven mile beach and this was the perfect location. The listing was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. We had preordered some groceries and drinks since we were arriving later in the day. The property manager handled it seamlessly and everything was waiting for us when we walked in. I read reviews about the tv. We weren’t too worried about it but played with it to just figure it out. We did and sure it buzzed a bit because the volume wasn’t set the same on each remote. It’s was in no way a big deal or a hinderance to our stay in any way. We weren’t interested in watching tv anyway. But if you are worried about it, both bedrooms have tv that works just fine. Or you can sign out one of the apple tvs from the guest center. The beauty of the island is entertainment enough for us! The shore was covered with starfish. The grill provided was in good condition and cleaned for us. Just a short walk down the beach is a very nice restaurant and bar. There were a few nights where there was either a wedding or a band. Everyone was so friendly they just let you join in the festivities. You could hear the music if you were sitting out back which we actually really enjoyed. Inside it was not a bother at all. I cannot wait to come back and we will be booking this location again!

Special Location!
We had a lovely week away at this lovely little condo. It had its own private pool!! We had a few hiccups during the week with a broken dishwasher and algae growth in the pool but our Property Manager, Mr Roland was only a phone call away and helped us out. The unit had two bedrooms but since it was only my hubby and I, we took the top bedroom. What a view waking up every morning to the beauty of the palm trees outside our window. Absolutely amazing. Very quiet area, we felt it was very peaceful and we immediately de-stressed. A few feet from our beautiful shoreline you could see many starfish. We snorkelled right off shore and saw many fish and even a few stingrays. The only small complaint was I felt it could use a tad updating and perhaps a fresh coat of paint and a sofa steam clean. We will definitely return!!!!

Awesome, Quiet Getaway
Place was awesome. You get your own pool and 2 Bedrooms with a kitchen. Parking right outside your door. They provided snorkling gear as well as a kayak. Traveling to 7 mile beach is about 45 min. But there is a lot to see on the way to 7 mile beach. Place is ve close to a great restaurant. 5 min walk to a Starfish Beach Also there is a pier but not much fishing at least in August. Great fishing is by Dolphin Encounter about 1 hour away. If you want to be in a ni e quite place this is for you. Very private.

The booking and check in process was easy and we felt welcomed at the Frank Sound location for a brief check in. The access to equipment to be checked out was great. The condo was easy to access and we were later greeted by the property manager. He was nice and answered any questions that we had. Parking was within steps of the unit, but we never heard any a cars in the parking lot. The unit itself was quiet and no neighborhood noises. The condo was just as pictured from the website. The kitchen had everything that you could need, extra rafts in the pool, great patio space and I loved the hurricane shutters that you could close down each night.
While we were there a storm blew out one of the enclosed patio screens in the middle of the night. I called the property manager first thing the next morning and he took care of it immediately. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again. Short walk to Starfish point, but all you have to do is walk out the front of the condo to see TONS of starfish. I kayaked in the early mornings and saw stingrays, a turtles and lots of fish. Great vacation!!

Sure Bet - Best Memories
Our week on Grand Cayman was our third trip to the island and first time off 7 mile beach. We were hesitant to book another part of the island but were excited with Pools #6 and the Rum Point area in general. People were friendly. Great food at Rum Point, Kaibo, Tulla, Italian Kitchen.
The condo was crisp and clean as was the private pool. Nice having the screened porch in evenings. Many activities in the area.
Thank you Grand Cayman Villas for helping us pick Pools #6. We really enjoyed a change from the crowds on 7 Mile Beach!
If we come back., we will stay here again!
Wonderful Memories
Our family of four booked Pools of the Kai after looking at several options. We were so happy with our choice and you will be to. Larger than it looks in pictures. Nice pool. Screened-in. Beach walks to starfish point and Kaibo.

Spring Break, Great Spot
We stayed a week with our young kids. We have never been to Cayman before and really liked this condo. Private pool even! Wonderful, clean condo convenient to Kaibo Marina, Starfish Point and Rum Point. There is even a ferry that goes to 7 Mile Beach area!
Flat water with no currents, great for SUPs and kayaks.
We will return and we do recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to rent.

Truly Exceptional!
From the initial booking to arriving and opening the front door it was truly exceptional . The accommodation is perfectly located you never need to wear shoes. The villa is extremely comfortable, very clean and spacious. If you choose to go out there is so much to do with all the information to do that provided, but with a heated swimming pool and the ocean outside your door, why would you. I would recommend it as a six star holiday with everything on your doorstep, it was truly sublime.

Great views from everywhere
My first thought was, there are no curtains or blinds anywhere, but then We realized We wouldn’t have the views that we did! We used the pool everyday, watched the sunrise from our bed, and spent so much time on the screened porch and oceans edge. Great area to snorkel, kayak, swim and relax.
Can’t wait to come back next year!
Perfect for 2-4 people
This is the 3rd time I have rented Pools of the Kai 6. It never fails to be a great experience. Perfect location great layout. Large bedrooms and baths. Screened in two story patio and pool are great for being outdoors. Only a few steps from water on a nice sandy beach . Nice short walk on the beach for two restaurants and a coffee shop. Will definitely being booking it again. Have booked 5 different properties through Grand Cayman Villas. Always good service.
Nice property on the beach - Peace and quiet were plentiful
We enjoyed staying at the condo. The condo had most everything that we wanted. The beach was very convenient and pleasant for swimming, and other water sports. The people we dealt with were very nice and helpful. We were a bit isolated on the Island but very much enjoyed the peace and quiet. Its a significant ride to get pretty much anything other than to the club down the beach.
Just What We Were Looking For!
We loved everything about this unit from the location to the views to the pool. The unit was clean and very comfortable. It was a great jumping off point for activities and perfect for relaxing. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom but the owner and property manager were very responsive and the issue was quickly resolved.
Wonderful vacation!
We had a wonderful vacation! We loved the location of the property (close to Rum Point). It is a quiet area on the beautiful water. The kids loved the kayak and paddleboard at the house. The beach is excellent. Very close to Kaibo Beach dock where you can pick up ferry to Camana Bay and can also rent private boat for fishing or sting ray city and will pick you up there (saves alot of time). The house was perfect for our family of four. Everything was working as advertised. It was 87 degrees everyday and the AC was working overtime and felt great. The screened in portion with the pool is fabulous. I sat out there watching the kids in the water for hours and never applied any lotion on myself and never got burnt. The pool is great for a short dip! The property manager, Roland meet us there on our arrival, showed us around the property , and made sure we had his number if we needed to contact him. The hair dryer was not working at the property, we called Roland and he dropped off a new hair dryer for the property. Without question, we would rent this property again!

Great Relaxing Vacation
Our family of 4 had a great relaxing vacation. Pictures are spot on and the view is amazing. We had our daughters 14/16 and we had plenty of activities to do and used the pool daily. Starfish point is around corner from property where we could snorkel and swim. Kaibo was great to walk down beach and grab a drink and eat. We went to Rum point to play beach volleyball and hangout on a hammock. If you plan on cooking you will need to purchase all baking needs, oils spices etc since what is on hand is limited. Plenty of coffee filters though. The place really allows you to get away from it all and enjoy time with family.
Excellent Property, Just as the Pictures Show
Very nice place to stay, everything worked as described. Perfect size for a 2 kid family (we were 2 adults 1 kid, 17). Very nice layout. Do plan some meals in advance and cook at home, dining out is extremely expensive in Grand Cayman, add 25% to the prices and then mandatory 18% tip. There are great grocery stores on the way out to Rum Point to stock up on, the coffee has both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker.
If cool pool water is an issue, pay the extra for the heated pool. The temp inside defaults to 69 degrees, so at night it gets a bit chilly, but was not an issue to adjust the temp as needed. You will need a rental car to go anywhere expect Kaibo restaurant. Over the Edge restaurant was OUTSTANDING, every thing else was so-so.
Highly recommend the place, you will not be disappointed.

Relaxation in the Caymans
Our family just returned from our fantastic week stay at Pools of the Kai #6 for my husband's 50th birthday. Prior to our arrival, the team and Grand Cayman Condos and Villas provided us with a superb amount of information about the unit, the surrounding area, groceries, rental cars and excursions (thank you Scott, DiDi, Rhonda and Jim). The app was so helpful!
The property manager Roland greeted us on arrival and showed us around, answered any questions we had. The unit was clean and newly updated. Kitchen was well equipped, which we greatly appreciated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were SO comfortable with a great working a/c. The indoor pool was such a nice feature and we enjoyed having it heated - it was oh so relaxing. We loved being walking distance to the Kaibo marina and if you have the chance, visit the coffee shop and enjoy one of the best Iced Lattes you'll ever have! During our stay we booked a snorkeling charter with Silver Thatch Charters which also included a visit to stingray city - we would highly recommend this charter if you have the chance - Captain George was awesome.
You'll definitely need to rent a car to get here, it's about 45 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. If you are looking for a relaxing and serene vacation in a beautiful location, this is the place for you. We can't stop talking about our stay and are already talking about planning our next trip.

We had an amazing week here. We are so glad we chose to stay in this area rather than the more touristy west side. The house met every need. The upstairs AC unit quit working and they sent someone out to fix it same day. We can't wait to go back.
Condo was great. Beach area at condo ok
The condo was great and comfortable. The property manager was there and available as needed. The screened in porch was nice. Never got in the pool but it looked nice. Bathrooms were spacious. The TV system was bizarre and each room got different channels. None in main room. Close proximity to the Yacht club and the view was nice. The beach is narrow and not positioned for swimming etc. Nothing like 7 mile beach. The kayak was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
Amazing Condo and Location
Condo is spacious, well-equipped and in a great location if you like peace and quiet. Accommodated our family of four adults brilliantly. Highly recommended.
Quiet and romantic get away
The property is very well maintained and located in a beautiful spot on Rum Point. The interior is pretty basic and clean, but felt that the bathroom towels, rugs and rugs throughout could definitely be updated. We would come back to Pools of the Kai #6 in a heart beat! Rum Point is a great place to stay when visiting Cayman Islands!

Location is close enough to everything needed without being in the crowds of other places. Villa air conditioning worked very well as did all the appliances. Recent Villa updates were done well. Good to take water shoes for the grassy sand area in the bay. Bluetooth speaker provided worked great.
The condo was in a beautiful, peaceful location.
Our kids loved swimming in the pool while we could sit there and enjoy the ocean view. The property was very spacious and well decorated. We would definitely recommend this property for families.
Great location
We had a great time. The location is nice and quiet and relaxing. The unit had everything we needed. Having your own pool to cool down and relax in is an added bonus
Epic sunrise!
We felt like we were staying where all the locals like to go! Loved watching the boats come in and out of Kaibo club. Grilled outside of our place several times, everyone around us was super friendly. Quick to get to Rum Point and lots of fun beach spots on our way to the East end. The unit was private and relaxing. Wonderful sunrise and we walked to Starfish Point for the sunset. We will definitely go back.
Really nice stay!
We stayed at #6 for 10 days and had a great time! The photos represent the property very well except for the kayak which is only a single, not a tandem as described. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay, the location and the beautiful setup with the sliding doors out to the pool deck. You will definitely enjoy yourselves in this home.
Beautiful North Side Condo
Unit 6 at the Pools is a fantastic condo. It is even more beautiful and spacious that the photos suggest. It is very well designed and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay on the island. I had no need to contact management for any issues as everything they included in the descriptions of the condo and during the rental transaction were complete and accurate. The condo has a dual zone AC unit which was essential in the hot July weather, and it worked great. The swimming pool is lovely and we used it much more than I thought we would, especially in the evenings to wind down after a long day.
If you've never been to Grand Cayman, the Rum Point area where the condo is located is pretty far off the beaten path, and it takes a least an hour to drive from there to get to 7 Mile Beach. This is a plus from my perspective as I like the quiet laid back feel of this part of the island. However if you are planning on spending a lot of time in town or on that beach, you will be doing a lot of driving.
I would recommend a visit to Cayman Crystal Caves, a relatively new attraction located just a 10 minute drive from the condo. The cave formations are beautiful and it is a great experience for kids.
The Kaibo restaurant has great food. We ate there a few times, but had at least half our dinners at the condo. Having a charcoal grill was great. You can buy fish directly from the fishermen at the fish market in Georgetown, to toss on there.
We had a wonderful time, and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone wanting to get away from it all in Grand Cayman.
Perfect Home Away From Home
We just returned from our Grand Cayman family vacation and loved staying in this villa! The beachfront property was quiet and secluded, far from the noise and activity of Seven Mile Beach. Enjoyed being a short walk from the Kaibo Yacht Club, where we found convenient, relaxed meals on the beach, not to mention our morning latte at Kaibo Espresso! Rum Point is just up the road, we had a rental car(a must for this part of the island) and did some snorkeling at Rum Point and the Bio-luminescent Kayak Tour with Cayman Kayaks. You could walk to Rum Point, but it was easier to drive. Starfish Point is a short walk or kayak ride away. We did venture to other parts of the island, but we were always happy to come back to our tranquil villa. The villa is exactly as pictured with the exception of the lower bedroom, the bed can only be a king, not two twin beds. I believe the mattress was updated, but the pictures on this site have not been. Highly recommend this property!
Great time! we enjoyed the condo and all the amenities.
We had a lovely weekend with a few hiccups, The first night the downstairs air-conditions were not working, but a bad thing turned out to be a good thing, my kids and I all bunked upstairs together and it was like old times slumbering watching tv, sharing stories and laughing. The following morning the A/C mechanics came to fix the problem.
We had use of a boat dock on property for our boat with the exception of fresh water. while washing off the boat the water was turned off on us.
despite the our 2 problems we had a wonderful staycations at the beautiful Pools of the Kai #6. well maintained and equipped condo. Thank you!

Our first time to the Cayman islands, Most beautiful place I have ever seen.
The Condo was perfect, absolutely nothing wrong with, the pictures on the website tell exactly how the condo looks like and surroundings. we stayed for 10 days and had a unforgettable vacation. if you like a quiet place than this is the place to go. we had the whole beach for ourselves the 10 days .
A must do is going to Stingray city, we did it twice, we loved it so much.
We also did horse riding on the beach, if you are a experienced rider, do not do this. you are only allowed to stay in line and walk, my husband said it was lame and he felt like a city slicker.
If you love to snorkel or diving this is the place to go . We did all the sight seeing there is to do on the island and we had a very good time. last thing, everything is very expensive on the island, but it was worth it !
If you are on this side of the island, please do rent a car.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
